Although some orthodontists will quote a flat fee, we base our charges on totally individualized treatment programs. You are only charged for the treatment that is prescribed for your specific needs. We welcome your questions about all charges and billing procedures. You will be pleased to learn that many of our costs are covered by insurance and we will assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits. We must emphasize, however, that we can not be responsible for collecting benefits, but are always ready to supply you with a detailed copy of our charges for your insurance carrier. We will accept assignment of your insurance benefits toward payment of our fee. We do not, however, bill insurance companies directly. You must provide us with a completed and signed insurance form to begin the process. We expect that all of our patients will respect our care and our services and keep payments up to date. We will provide any assistance that we can and are always willing to discuss special circumstances for payment that you feel are necessary.
