A native Atlantan, Dr. Barry Cohen attended Georgia Tech and Emory University and received his B.S. degree in Biology from Emory University. Dr. Cohen graduated from Emory University School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Subsequently, Dr. Cohen completed a general practice residency at the Genesee Hospital in Rochester, NY; was a research participant at Strong Memorial Hospital in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) imaging including arthrography and MRI; and completed his specialty training in Orthodontics at the Eastman Dental Center and published research articles in various dental and orthodontic journals and is Board Eligible, American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Cohen has been in practice since 1988 and his continuing education has focused on advanced techniques in orthodontics, early orthodontic treatment, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and functional appliances. Dr. Cohen is the father of three children and is an avid sports enthusiast. Dr. Cohen is an Invisalign Premier Provider.
